1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through www.kobranov.com.

2. Products
KOBRANOV offers photographic books, limited editions, photographic prints and other photography-related products.
The specific characteristics of each product, including format, materials, edition size, signing, numbering, production method and any included extras, are stated on the respective product page.
Product images are intended to represent the items as accurately as possible. Minor differences in colour, tonal reproduction, paper surface, printing or other material characteristics may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
3. Limited editions
Where a product is offered as a limited edition, the edition size stated on the respective product page is binding.
Where applicable, information regarding signing, numbering, artist proofs or other edition-specific characteristics is provided on the respective product page.
Once an edition is sold out, no further copies within that edition will be produced.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF), unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping costs are added during checkout and are shown before the order is completed.
Payment is processed using the payment methods offered during checkout.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country may apply. Unless collected during checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Orders and conclusion of contract
By completing the checkout process and submitting an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
The contract is concluded when the order is accepted and confirmed by KOBRANOV by email, subject to successful payment authorisation.
KOBRANOV reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, for example if a product is no longer available or if an obvious pricing, stock or technical error has occurred. Any payment already received will be refunded in such cases.
6. Production
Some products may be produced individually or on demand after an order has been placed.
Where this applies, it is indicated on the respective product page.
Production methods and reasonable variations inherent to photographic printing, book production and handmade or individually finished products are not considered defects provided that the product substantially corresponds to the description.
7. Delivery and shipping
Available shipping destinations, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by production times, postal services, customs procedures or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of KOBRANOV.
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery information is complete and correct.
Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided after dispatch.
8. Returns and withdrawal
For customers in Switzerland, KOBRANOV does not provide a general voluntary right of return or exchange for correctly delivered and defect-free products.
Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Where the customer is entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal under the law applicable to them, including consumer protection rules applicable in the European Union where relevant, such rights remain unaffected by these Terms & Conditions.
Customers wishing to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal should contact kobranov@me.com within the applicable statutory period before returning the product.
Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, the customer bears the direct cost of returning goods when exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.
Returned goods must be handled with reasonable care. Any statutory rules concerning compensation for loss of value remain applicable.
9. Damaged, defective or incorrect deliveries
Customers should inspect their order after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or does not correspond to the order, the customer should contact kobranov@me.com as soon as reasonably possible and, where appropriate, provide photographs of the product and packaging.
KOBRANOV will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law, which may include replacement, repair, price reduction or refund.
Mandatory warranty and consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Copyright and intellectual property
All photographs, texts, designs and other content associated with KOBRANOV are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property rights.
The purchase of a photographic print, book or other physical product does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights or other intellectual property rights to the customer.
Reproduction, publication, commercial use, distribution or other use requires prior written permission from Daniel Slama / KOBRANOV.
11. Liability
KOBRANOV is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including postal delays, customs procedures, natural events, technical disruptions or other cases of force majeure.
To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential losses is excluded.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.
12. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this website.
13. Applicable law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
Any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable at the customer’s place of residence remain unaffected.
